This is a protective stretch bracelet made with Lava & Mati Beads.  Put a few drops of your favorite essential oils on the lava beads and enjoy.  Reapply as needed.

Lava stones are very grounding.  They help connect with Mother Earth.    They give us strength and courage providing  stability through times of change.   Lava stones provide guidance and understanding when we need to “bounce back”.    They are also calming, and  instrumental in dissipating anger.
